Exchange/Return policy

*Our products are Made-to-Order . Thus ,the brand does not offer any returns on it.

• In the event of size exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  

  In case of a size exchange, since the product is made according to the measurements provided by the customer, the shipping charges for both pickup and redelivery will be borne by the customer.

  
  *In case ,product you received is damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 10 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within one week, else we will not accept the order . We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the piece and courier it back to the designated address.

• Please make a proper 360° unboxing video while opening the parcel without any cuts or pauses, as it is required for verification.

*in case of defective /damaged product - The cost of shipping the product to our warehouse will be borne by the brand only. Once we will repair the product - we will send it back to you in 2-4 days
