Exchange/Return policy

*Our products are Made-to-Order . Thus ,the brand does not offer any returns on it.

*In case ,product you received is damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 10 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within one week, else we will not accept the order . We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the piece and courier it back to the designated address.

*The cost of shipping the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repairing the piece.

* We try our best to provide the best quality products to you. The orders once placed will not be cancelled and no refund will be paid on these orders as these are specially made for you.
