Exchange/Return policy

*Our products are Made-to-Order . Thus ,the brand does not offer any returns on it.

* In the event of size exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

*In case ,product you received is damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 10 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within one week, else we will not accept the order . We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the piece and courier it back to the designated address.

*The cost of shipping the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repairing the piece.
